To use this facility one should fill a form presented by Nirogdham after paying Nepalese Rupees 250.00 as donation to NLG. Nepalese Rupees 250.00 is only for Nepalese citizens. Donation rate for citizens of other underdeveloped countries is Nepalese Rupees. 500.00 And donation rate for citizens of developed countries is NRs 2500.00 (approximately US$ 33). After paying abovementioned donation and filling the form anyone can have health checking and counseling facility for one year without any charge. If consultation given by NLG physician is followed it is common practice to be free from disease and remain healthy.
