Invitation for Healthy-Happy Hiking— Indradaha
(Dachinkali—Chhaimale—Jatipokhari—Chhaimale)
Nature Lovers' Group (NLG) is conducting HEALTHY-HAPPY HIKING Program around Kathmandu Valley regularly on fourth Saturday of every Nepali month. This time hiking area is covered with dense forest & hills. If you don't hesitate to do little adventure even under hot sun and pouring rain please register in time for comfortable preperation.
Hiking Route: Estimated Length of Hiking Route- 15 Kilometer Time Management: NLG provides to participants: 6 Musts for Participant: Trekking stick will be very helpful to hike in narrow trail and ups & downs. Registration Dead-line:

Chhaimale—Satdobato Nirogdham (by bus)
Estimated Length of Bus Route- 40 Kilometer
Arrival & Reporting time: 6:30 am (Sharp)
Departure time: 7:00 am (Sharp)
Terminus time: 4:00 pm (approximately)
1. Breakfast (seasonal fruits): 8:30-9:00 am. (at Between Chhaimale and Jaatipokhari)
2. Lunch: Three Equal Samayabaji+Two kinds of Fresh Vegetable +Amrit Bhojan 11:00-12:00 (at Jaatipokhari)
3. Snacks (seasonal fruits): 3:00 pm (at Chhaimale)
4. Blue Cap (for the First Timer)
1) Comfortable shoe for walking on rough road & trail,
2) Comfortable clothing for walking ups & downs,
3) Rucksack bag,
4) Drinking water (2 litters),
5) Blue cap (provided by NLG)
6) Rain Coat or Umbrella

Registration donation for Nepalese: NRs 300.00 (for New) & NRs 200.00 (for Regular)
Late Registration Donation: NRs 350.00 (for New) & NRs 250.00 (for Regular)
Registration donation for Foreigners: NRs 450.00 (for New) & NRs 350.00 (for regular SAARC Citizens)
NRs 600.00 (for New) & NRs 500.00 (for Regular other Foreigners)
Registration Donation should be deposited within stipulated date. If you fail to register in time you will be charged NRs 50.00 for delay. Delay Charge is Equal to all.
Registration Donation can be deposited at Everest Bank Ltd, Pulchok Branch, Prakriti Premi Samuha's Current Account no. 01200105200228 (Through any branch of Everest Bank) or at Nirogdham, Satdobato, Lalitpur.
Smoking & tobacco chewing, all kinds of readymade soft and hard drinks and junk foods are strictly prohibited during hiking. All friends are requested to avoid these harmful habits permanently.

1. Telephone & e-mail registrations can be done but after registration, you will be obliged to pay NRs 200 even if you could not appear on hiking. Name, contact number & full address should be provided for registration.
2. It is requested to all Hiker Friends to wear BLUE CAP provided by NLG during hiking. By wearing BLUE CAP, you will be assisting to disseminate healthy message and motto of hiking program “One’s Health, at Own Hand!"
