Curent President of NLG is Dr. Umesh Shrestha. He is a doctor of naturopathy by training. But, because of his research-oriented way of study he found limited–ness of traditional naturopathy. So he started studying problems on health and happiness using the Common Sense. After carefully observing the facts about health and happiness and rational thinking he derived accurate conclusions in relation to health and happiness of human beings. The crux of his conclusions is— ‘Because human beings are creation of the Nature so to maintain and rehabilitate health, happiness and independent-ness of human being all aspects of human activities should be in accordance with natural laws. To do in accordance with natural laws we should use our Common Sense and be free from private opinion, all kinds of cults and assumptions and fragmented view-points’. Now this is not only his private conclusion but the discovery of the natural laws in relation to health and happiness. Thus the NLG is established on this very discovery which makes human being independent-minded free from all kinds of private opinion, cults, assumptions and fragmented view-points.
