A non-commercial, philanthropic, voluntary social organization, Nature Lovers’ Group (NLG) is conducting HEALTHY-HAPPY HIKING Program around Kathmandu Valley regularly on fourth Saturday of every Nepali month. NLG’s Hiking is dedicated to All-round Health. If there is no Health there will be no Happiness & if there is no Happiness Life will be Boredom. By participating NLG’s Hiking you will be familiar with Real Way for Happiness. PLEASE REGISTER IN TIME FOR COMFORTABLE PREPARATION.

Hiking Program Day: Saturday, 7^th July 2018 (23 Asaar 2075)

Bus Route-  Nirogdham, Satdobato- Doleshwor Mahadev, Saanga Bhanjyang- Nirogdham (40km.)

Hiking Route-  Doleshwor Mahadev- Aashaspureshwor Mahadev-  Sangaa Bhanjyang.  16 km

Time Management:
Arrival & Reporting time: 6:45 am
Departure time (From Nirogadhaam): 7:15 am (Sharp) Please MIND SHARP IS SHARP
Terminus time: 5:00 pm (Approximately)

NLG provides to participants:
1. Breakfast (seasonal fruits): 8:30-9:00 am
2. Lunch: Three equal Samayabaji, two types of green vegetables, Gram and salad .
3. Snaks: Seasonal Fruits 3:00 pm
4. Blue Cap (for the First Timer)

7 Musts for Participant:
1) Comfortable shoe for walking on rough road & trail,
2) Comfortable clothing for walking ups & downs,
3) Rucksack bag,
4) Drinking water (2 TO 3 liters)
5) Blue cap (provided by NLG)
6) Trekking Pole Must.

7) Rain Coat or Umbrella must necessary.

Smoking & tobacco chewing, all kinds of readymade soft and hard drinks and junk foods are strictly prohibited during hiking. All friends are requested to avoid these harmful habits permanently.
Hiking Route can be changed slightly depending on Hiking Day Weather.
